Now more than ever, Americans are in need of the undeniable power of compassion in their daily lives. As we work to heal the divides that have been decades in the making, faculty in the School of Social Ecology in concert with the UCI Blum Center for Poverty Alleviation have been developing an innovative curriculum in the Science and Practice of Compassion that gives students the tools they need to infuse their lives and work with compassion.

Join the ChangeMakers and hear from Nancy Guerra, Dean and Professor of the School of Social Ecology in conversation with Richard Matthew, Associate Dean and Director of the Blum Center as they outline the case for compassion and provide a roadmap for providing the tools to help us all as we heal the divide.

*Zoom information will be sent closer to the event.
