Kelsey Morgan, PhD candidate at the Blum Center and co-founder and CEO of EverFree was quoted in an article on the use of tech by both traffickers and in anti-trafficking efforts. The article comes as a response to the US Dept of State’s most recent annual report: 2024 Trafficking in Persons Report.
Morgan provides insight into some lesser known scenarios of human trafficking online and emphasized the lack of attention given to vulnerabilities of victimization.
