The Center supports pioneering, interdisciplinary research to develop human-centered, contextually sensitive and sustainable solutions to poverty that draw upon the campus’ extensive expertise in areas such as financial inclusion, information technology, water management, energy efficiency and climate change.

The Center’s current research falls into two broad categories:

Faculty and students are currently working on projects in public-private partnerships, poverty education, and mapping poverty-focused programs and organizations in Orange County.
