The film explores the story of a small group of indigenous girls in rural Paraguay, who attend a radical high school where they learn to protect their endangered forest of the Mbaracayu Reserve and forge a better future for themselves. The screening will be followed by a discussion with Martin Burt, who was instrumental in the foundation of the Mbaracayu Forest School featured in the film.
