In 2008, Dr. Orbinski was featured in the Sundance Film Festival-nominated documentary, “Triage: Dr. James Orbinski’s Humanitarian Dilemma.” The film chronicles his return to the war-torn regions in Africa where he served during the 1990s. As winner of multiple film awards, “Triage” documents Dr. Orbinski’s confrontations with both the tangible and internal challenges of humanitarianism.

Join us in honoring Dr. Orbinski at the 11th Annual Human Security Award ceremony, to take place on October 14, 2015.
